Sonia grew up in California, but her love of skiing and a desire to have her children experience seasons led her to Colorado. Sonia’s B.S.(Finance) and M.S.(Systems Mgmt) are from the University of Southern California. She funded her education through a full scholarship. After USC, she traveled extensively, leading troops and negotiating contracts as a logistical operations officer. After returning to Colorado, she managed personnel at Citicorp, overseeing customer service, credit, authorizations and dispositions.

Sonia went on to successfully complete numerous real estate development projects throughout Colorado. All required negotiation with governmental agencies and skillful marketing. Sonia loves helping buyers and investors acquire ideal properties. She provides exceptional marketing and consistent feedback for her sellers. Her experience and preparation ensure her sellers are successful in any market.
